This class is open to all abilities including seniors and beginners. We will be embracing our beautiful surroundings, the class has been specially designed to take inspiration from rooting down to the earth, like the plants around us. We will explore asanas or postures inspired by nature. We will also be exploring some breathing techniques that you can take away with you to use throughout your busy life when you need a moment of mindfulness. We will finish the class with some guided meditation and relaxation.
