Wintering wellbeing walk with Alison Burns

Join us at Cambo Gardens for a gentle, restorative wellbeing session inspired by Wintering and the idea of “the radical act of slowing down.” Together, we’ll explore how the quietness of winter can offer space for rest, healing, and preparation for the growth that spring will bring.

This two‑hour session blends mindful breathing, guided meditation, and slow outdoor wandering. You’ll be invited to use your senses to fully immerse yourself in the winter landscape, noticing its textures, sounds, and stillness. We’ll also gather around a fire  or in a warm indoor space—to share reflections and reconnect.
