Volunteering at Cambo Gardens

We have many opportunities for volunteering and work experience at Cambo Gardens, which will give you the opportunity to learn new skills, improve your understanding of gardening and woodland management, get involved with arts or heritage, meet new people, and enjoy the benefits of time outdoors in a beautiful place….

Spring 2024 – we currently offer volunteering slots in the walled garden on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.

We have a project for 2024 meeting monthly in the Edible Garden to go through the growing season learning all the processes of managing a veg garden from seed sowing to no dig processes and composting. Saturdays 20 April, 18 May, 15 June, 20 July, 17 August, 21 September.

Interest Groups

We welcome any local interest groups, health and wellbeing groups or groups for adults with additional support needs who would like to help us with our work in the garden or on the estate. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements at judy@cambogardens.org.uk
