Join us for a hands‑on, immersive workshop introducing the traditional craft of drystone walling, led by skilled instructor Billy. Over the course of the day, you’ll learn the essential techniques behind this centuries‑old building method — from selecting and placing stones to understanding structure, balance, and the natural rhythm of the craft.
Billy brings a wealth of practical experience and a passion for heritage skills, creating a relaxed and supportive learning environment for beginners and enthusiasts alike. As you work, you’ll also be contributing directly to real conservation projects on the estate, helping to preserve and restore our historic landscape.
